Jeans Never Go Out Of Fashion

Take a peek at anybody’s closet be it a toddler’s, a teeny bopper’s, a working professional’s or even an oldie’s and you will find a good old pair of jeans. Jeans has been part of the fashion industry for quite sometime and it never seems to grow out of popularity and it never seems to go out of fashion. The different styles of how the jeans are designed changes through the fashion seasons but they always come back. You may find it hard to believe but when jeans were first introduced into the fashion scene they weren’t that popular at all. Now, millions everyday get into their jeans and wear them to school and for some even to work. I suppose the versatility of the jeans have made it a staple in every closet.

Jeans have gone through several transitions from the bell bottom jeans to the tight cigarette jeans type. Then there was the emergence of the hip hop very loose jeans that were sported by rappers mostly. Women’s jeans come in a variety of styles from low rise denim jeans, to hipsters, to those with boot leg cuts, or straight cuts. Many types of jeans are also embellished with numerous beads, stones, sequins and the like and most are also styled with intricate embroidery design. The possibilities to what you could do to jeans are endless. People are even giving their good old jeans that worn out look by ripping them on certain areas that would show some skin like the thigh for the women. Wearing ripped jeans gives that rugged, rebellious look to a man and would make a woman look very hip and chic. You may have noticed many celebrities sporting these ripped jeans.

What is in right now among the women are those tight fitting jeans wherein you could just overlay a long blouse or a short dress on top. These are usually made of stretch material to conform to any body type as well as accentuate you in just the right curves. Dark colored jeans would definitely give a more slimming effect, which is what most women are looking for.

Irregardless of what your choice of jeans would be as to cut, style, color, texture and even wash, I guess what matters most is that you look good in it. Most importantly you should be confident and comfortable when wearing it for this is what makes or breaks a certain look.

Fashion For Women

Shopping for women’s apparel has never been this good. The selections are getting wider and better, with so many different styles, designer labels, and off-the-rack outfits available for women of all sizes, shapes, and ages. The most important factors that women consider when buying fashion are still style and color. Comfort, fit, and designer labels are also significant factors that are considered in purchases. When choosing styles, women are now looking for apparel that they can wear both to work and to socialize. Pantsuits, skirt suits, blazers and the classic white blouse are favorites in the office, while off-the-rack outfits and jeans remain popular for casual wear.

When shopping for fashion, it’s important to know how to pick the right clothes for you. Merely copying what is touted as the current trend or what is “fashionable” will just make you a fashion victim. A wardrobe that is fashionable but still fits your lifestyle, your age, and your figure will be the best. Try to get a good mix of trendy and basic apparel, so that you won’t have to update your wardrobe every time a new fashion season comes along.

One of the hottest niches in the fashion industry is designing and marketing fashion apparel for teens. This is due to the fact that teenagers account for billions of dollars spent each year on clothing and accessories. Anyone will agree that teenagers are habitués of shopping malls, and discount apparel shops as well as designer outlets are picking up healthy profits from teens buying trendy outfits every season. Tank tops, athletic wear and sports shirts, short skirts and low-rise jeans are very popular items. Trendy clothes that sell at reasonable prices are hot for teenagers, and merchandisers who give them value along with great fashion benefit the most. As a result, stores like Wal-Mart and Target get more teenage sales than outlets like the Gap.

Denim wear continues to be an all-time favorite, especially for teens. Jeans, jackets, skirts, and shorts are hot as ever. Jeans now come in an assortment of styles, whether it’s slim fitting, low-waisted, or bootleg designs. As with all other fashion apparel, different styles are suitable for different wearers. For example, teens who want to appear more svelte-looking usually prefer low-rise jeans, while women with fuller figures like relaxed fit jeans for a sleeker look. Petite women with slim figures go for slim and snug designs, either with a tapered cut or boot-leg cut.

And denim doesn’t come in just blue and black anymore. Jeans are now made with colors ranging from the usual blue and black to light brown, red, and ochre. You can even find jeans with military-type designs and colors, like khaki and olive green. One of the factors that make jeans popular is the fact that they can be worn with almost anything. Jeans can be coordinated with jackets, shirts, peasant tops, blouses, or almost anything else you may find in your closet. Teenagers often love to decorate their jeans with embellishments like beads and crystals to give them more flair and individuality, as well as to make a personal statement. Along with a complementary jacket, a shirt, and a pair of trainers, this outfit remains one of the favorites among teenagers.

What’s Different In Indian Fashion?

Indian fashion has a greedy, new customer these days. The Indian meterosexual. In other words, the young men who are dressing to impress, look good and get a cut above the rest.

Gone are the days when the only men who dressed to kill were film stars and models.

With a range of outfits that suit all styles, occasions and budgets now being available all over, Indian men are suddenly looking hotter.

Rohit Chavda, a 26-year old advertising executive now has a wardrobe that he says he loves to show off. Rohit’s wardrobe consists of a range of outfits right from formal business suits to sports jackets and pullovers and also several traditional outfits like achkans, jodhpuris, shewanis and churidar kurtas apart from his regular jeans, t-shirts and cotton trousers.

“I feel like a business tycoon when I wear a business suit to an important meeting instead of the regular run-of-the-mill shirt and trouser. I feel more confident when I’m dressed well and my clients take me more seriously. And the best part of it is that clothes now longer cost a bomb. I can walk into a store and buy a stylish suit of the rack and not have to pay through my nose.”

What about traditional Indian clothing? Rohit answers, “When I wear a sherwani to a wedding, I can see the girls secretly eyeing me. They think of me as the new age Indian man who is modern but takes pride in being traditional”

Many other young men like Rohit enjoy dressing in traditional Indian clothes. Jodhpuris, achkans, sherwanis, churidar kurtas etc are now being introduced by leading fashion designers and fashion houses. They are tailored using rich fabrics and are embroidered heavily, making the wearer look elegant, classy and stylish. More and more Indian men are now looking forward to festivals, weddings and traditional ceremonies. Its giving them a chance to dress up and enjoy as much as much as their female counterparts.

Fashion And Love

Fashion, fashion, fashion – what is it? Fashion, of course, is what we see in fashion magazines and designer shop windows, but it is all there is to it? Don’t be misled. Fashion is also part of your life and not only to do with shopping and expensive boutiques. There are different aspects to it. First of all, not everything that is in fashion suits everyone and what suits one person might not suit another. Similarly, what looks beautiful in one situation might not look it in another. Furthermore, fashion is not only clothes; fashion is also style and personality.

This is where the phenomenon of mimicry comes in. Blind mimicry is distortion of fashion. There is always en extent to which one can and should follow the trends. At a certain point, your personality gives way. Do not miss out on that. This what really makes you look special and unique. It is especially painful to see fuller women squeeze into clothes that they bulge out of in order to look thinner. It is also uncomfortable to look at middle aged women trying to emulate fifteen year old anorexic models. No matter how thin your waist is, you will never be able to mask wrinkles and slight bodily deformities caused by age. What is left to do? Be yourself.

In all cases, it is important to wear clothes that would not make you look ”too young” or “too thin” and which would make you feel relaxed, unrestrained and confident. How do you look for such clothes? First you have to deal with yourself. Ask yourself who you are, what your character is like. Are you open? Do you like change? Are you active, or, on the contrary, not so? What is your occupation like?

When you see a woman wearing an eccentric red dress in the middle of the day, with the hair dyed red, you probably think that she has a mild psychological problem – lacking in balance, maybe a bit hysterical. And here is a middle aged woman (maybe a little on the big side, but it only adds to her femininity). She is wearing a free style dress made of natural material that does not get in her way. One would say classical style with elements of contemporary fashion. She looks original, move freely, and confidently. She is obviously enjoying herself, does not worry about taking her tummy in to conceal a recent meal or to avoid discomfort of an overly tight dress. This woman emanates harmony and tranquility. People usually like women like that and admire them. It has always been true that the best looking and most fashionable people are those in harmony with themselves and others. These are people who look after their bodies, but also their minds. Making sure that stress does not rule you over plays an important role. Forgetting and forgiving other people frees you from additional, unnecessary stress and saves your precious face from one more age mark. A daily walk in the forest or down the nearest toe path after work will not only fill your lungs with oxygen and air your head, but relax your body and mind and put a smile as well as a tranquil look on your face. Do not underestimate psychological wellbeing; it is a huge part of your good looks. Every bad thought results in an unpleasant feeling and consequently leads to bad behavior, which probably puts a new wrinkle on your face. People, who do not love themselves, do not love others.

Thus, in order to be loved and look good you have to be yourself, cherish what is beautiful in you not forgetting that you are already unique and you just have to let it show. Be natural in life, always work on your inner self and be better inside. The inner beauty shines through and on to your body. The only thing you have left to do then is give it an elegant and cozy touch with your stylish and characteristic clothes. If you feel comfortable and confident, people around you will feel this way too. You will always be not only fashionable but loving and loved too.
